Massage is an intimate form of therapy which aligns the therapist and client in a common goal: The overall health and wellness of the client. With experience and expertise in a wide variety of modalities, you can ensure that your experience during your massage will be a unique one. To start the session, we will do a quick intake to assess your goals of the session, discuss medications, medical history, previous or current injuries, establish areas affected by pain or restriction in range of motion, and any possible energetic restrictions. During the massage, I, the therapist, like to keep open communication to educate about the muscles, movements, and indications found in the body, without impeding your time to rest, relax, and unwind. After the massage, I will review some information that stood out the most during the session. This is the perfect time to discuss any questions, comments or concerns you may have, and I will do my best to provide the most accurate information. Suggestions for aftercare of the massage are provided to aid in giving you the tools to use at your leisure and discretion. Rescheduling is encouraged as we continue to explore the best course of action in achieving long term, as well as short term goals for our sessions.
